Terms of service

TMR Digital Ltd is a company registered in England and Wales, trading as Growth Bull. When these terms say "we", "us" or "our", that is who they mean. "You" means the business signing up and anyone you let use your hub.

The hub is where you look after your website with us. A package is the base service, for example hosting and one round of website changes each month. Add-ons are extra tools, such as Review Builder and Rank Map, that you can switch on and off from your hub.

Prices are shown per month, exclusive of VAT, with the VAT-inclusive figure alongside for UK customers. The price you see on the card page is the price you pay.

Packages and add-ons are paid monthly in advance by card through our payment provider. Your card is charged when you complete the card page and then on the same date each month until you cancel. Card details are handled by the payment provider; we never see or store your full card number.

If a payment fails we will let you know by email and try again over the following days. If it still does not go through, the service is paused until it is sorted out.

You can cancel a package or an add-on from your hub at any time. You keep it until the end of the period you have already paid for and nothing more is charged after that. There is no minimum term unless we agreed one with you in writing.

Each package includes a set number of rounds of website changes per calendar month. A round is one request with a list of changes. Extra rounds may be agreed and charged separately. Changes are made to the site we look after for you and are not a redesign or a new site unless agreed.

You own the words, images and other material you give us, and you confirm you have the right to use them. We own the design, code and tooling behind your website and the hub. While you are a customer you may use them as part of the service.

The review and map tools work with your customers' details. You are responsible for having a proper basis to contact your customers, and for using the tools honestly and within Google's rules.

We will provide the services with reasonable care and skill and keep your website online as far as is reasonably in our control. We are not liable for loss of profit, business or data, and our total liability to you in any twelve months is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Either of us can end the agreement by giving notice. We may suspend or end the service if payment is overdue, if the service is misused, or if we stop offering it, in which case we will refund any period you have paid for but not received.

We may update these terms from time to time. If a change affects you materially we will email you before it takes effect.
