Privacy notice

TMR Digital Ltd is the data controller for the information you give us about yourself and your business. For your customers' details used inside the review and map tools, you are the controller and we process them on your instructions.

Your business name, your name, email address and mobile number, your website address and trade, and the password you choose (stored hashed, never readable by us).

Payment details are collected by our card payment provider, not by us. We receive confirmation of payments and a receipt record, never your full card number.

When you use the review and map tools: the customer names, phone numbers and email addresses you upload or connect, and what happened to each request.

Basic technical information such as the IP address and browser used to sign in, kept for security.

To provide the service you signed up for: your login, your website, your billing and the tools you switch on. To contact you about your account, your website changes and your payments. To keep the service secure and to meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Providers we use to run the service: our hosting and database provider, our email provider, our card payment provider and our text message provider. Each only receives what it needs to do its job and acts on our instructions. We do not sell your information.

For as long as you have an account, and for a limited period afterwards to meet accounting rules and to answer any questions about your account. Payment records are kept for the period required by HMRC.

Under UK data protection law you can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, or object to how we use it. Email us and we will respond within a month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.

The hub uses only the cookies it needs to keep you signed in. There are no advertising or tracking cookies.
